Lost Visa Check Card


If your Visa Check Card is lost or stolen, you can call (800) 264-5578 to block your card and order a new one.
 
If any unauthorized transactions take place on the VISA system, your liability is zero dollars ($0.00).* 
 
You will receive provisional credit to your account within five business days of making a claim for fraudulent activity.**
